We accommodate for DIY, PART OR FULL livery agistment! Shared or private

Services available are:

Lunging is available, regularly or occasional $15 a session

Riding is available full or occasional either excersising or training from $15 a session

Stabling & rugging - cleaned out & topped up boxes, horses moved in & out of boxes to their day paddocks, with appropriate rugs at all times, or DIY

Day paddocks - Private or shared paddocks, horse friendly with safe electric fencing incl. standoffs, also day yards available good size with excellent post and mesh fencing

Feeding - We can purchase & feed your horse once, twice or more times a day, all horses have individual feeding requirements & will be fed hay & roughage/grain accordingly so all are in top condition, or you can DIY or provide the feed for us to feed out which ever suits your needs

Dressage Arena - Lights, new jumps, letters, excellent drainage & great surface for the horses which is always usable and high post and rail fencing

Round yard - the same excellent surface as the arena 15m, high post and rail fencing

4 Undercover Tie ups/Wash Bays - hot and cold

Tack and feed room - safe, clean and lockable

Stables - full height kick walls, full size, excellent air flow

The property backs onto excellent riding/x-country sandy trails on western port bay, lovely views!
